Versatile Reactors: Our pilot plant is equipped with a range of fixed bed reactors, available in diameters of 1″, 2″, and 4″, all constructed from SS304 / SS316 material. These reactors feature PLC- controlled systems, enabling precise control over a wide range of process conditions. They are the ideal for process development and scale-up, facilitating seamless research and development endeavors.
Feasibility Assessment: For in-depth reaction feasibility studies and R&D purposes, we offer a specialized 0.42″ diameter fixed bed reactor system. This system offers the flexibility to explore a variety of reactions and conditions, ensuring comprehensive research capabilities.
II. Adsorption-Desorption:
Our pilot plant features continuous cyclic adsorption-desorption units constructed from SS304 material. These units incorporate PLC-controlled systems, these units are capable of handling both pressure swing and thermal swing adsorption processes. This versatility provides comprehensive solutions to your separation needs.

III. Distillation:
Packed Bed Distillation: Our 7.5-meter-high packed bed distillation system, constructed from SS304 material, is designed for pressures of 60 bar and temperatures of 400°C. This invaluable in validating simulation data and excels in applications such as reactive distillation, vacuum distillation, azeotropic distillation, and extractive distillation experiments.
Versatile Column Systems: Our facility includes three 3.5-meter-high packed distillation columns, also constructed from SS304 material. These columns offer the flexibility to operate individually or in series, ensuring efficiency and versatility in separation processes.
Glass Distillation Systems: To cater to an array of batch and continuous separation requirements, we offer 50-liter, 5-liter, and 1-liter glass distillation systems. These systems provide the flexibility needed for research and development while upholding the highest precision standards.
IV. Extraction:
Agitated Batch System: Our dedicated 50-liter batch agitated system, made up of glass, serves as the cornerstone for liquid-liquid extraction operations. Designed to facilitate research and development in extraction processes, it consistently delivers optimal results.
